RESTAURANTS
Starbucks at Shoppes of Palm Coast (next to Tractor Supply) is still putting the final touches on landscaping, but they have a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) and are open for business.
A new replacement for a previously existing Starbucks in Island Walk looks ready to open soon. Both new Starbucks feature drive-thru service.
Taco Bell has broken ground on a new location next to Starbucks in Shoppes of Palm Coast.
IHOP has been issued a building permit for its new restaurant in Island Walk (next door to Chase Bank). Site development work began this week.
Chipotle Mexican Grill is under construction on SR 100 next door to Panera Bread.
ADULT LIVING FACILITIES (ALFs)
Sabal Palm, near Matanzas High School on Palm Coast Pkwy, is nearing completion. A mid-November opening is planned.
Market Street at 2 Corporate Drive is well underway since our last visit. Market Street will exclusively offer memory care.
Tuscan Gardens, on Colbert Lane, has shown progress since our last visit. The retention pond near the road and most site development work are done. It looks like vertical construction will begin soon. Tuscan Village plans on a mid to late 2018 opening for their adult living facility. Tuscan Garden will offer supportive independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Creekside at Grand Haven
Site development on this Colbert Lane site is nearing completion. Creekside at Grand Haven will have six commercial buildings totaling 18,000 SF of retail/office space.
Suntrust Bank in Beach Village in front of Publix
RaceTrac will be building another new convenience store and gas station in Kings Pointe, at the northeast corner of SR 100 and Old Kings Road.
