Flagler County Florida Home Sales Statistics
I thought it useful to give you some stats so you can see how 2019 started. We’re still early in the year. However, if you’re considering buying or selling your home (or both) this year, it’s a great idea to keep tabs on what’s happening. Flagler County Florida home sales statistics give you an overview of the market. Therefore, you can make smart buying and selling decisions.
February 2019
Palm Coast and Flagler County single-family home sales are found here. There are 88 homes on the list, with sales prices ranging from a low of $50,000 to the highest at $1,287,500 (the only home over $1 million). The average price per square foot was $137.97.
2018 Stats
While other areas of the country are reporting a slow-down of sales, Flagler County single-family home sales (MLS-reported) totaled 2,485 in 2018. This in an increase of 6.5% from 2017 (2,334 home sales). Furthermore, this is an uptick from the previous year when 2017 home sales exceeded 2016 home sales by only 3.8%.
The overall county median selling price for single-family homes rose 4.7% from 2017 to 2018. Furthermore, the top median price increases were all within traditional Palm Coast subdivisions.
